Manager, Customer Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Customer Supply Chain is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience to key customers while driving supply chain improvements.

In Short

• Lead customer-specific supply chain projects and initiatives.
• Improve customer supply chain and reduce operational costs.
• Develop understanding of retail customer distribution strategy.
• Produce qualitative/quantitative data using analytical tools.
• Oversee order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
• Provide weekly sell-in data and risk assessments.
• Participate in customer demand forecasting.
• Build relationships with key customers.
• Communicate effectively with senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or analytical field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in building relationships with key customers.
• Autonomous and able to manage own workload.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
