This role is remote and can be executed in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

• Seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel for the Legal Team in the UK or Ireland.
• Support complex commercial transactions across Europe including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to enable growth while managing risk.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and policies.
• Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function across Europe.
• Work independently while collaborating with global colleagues.

• Curious about AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Ireland, the UK, or another common law jurisdiction.
• 6-12 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, SaaS, technology transactions, and data protection.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Deep interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
