• Seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join the Legal Team in the U.S.
• Support complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements.

Requirements

• JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York preferred).
• 6-12 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing and data protection.
• Experience advising on privacy and cybersecurity issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
