• Ensure compliance with California labor codes and payroll tax regulations.
• Enter and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process payroll bi-weekly or monthly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for job costing and payment data.
• Serve as the point person for payroll-related inquiries and audits.
• Assist in payroll setup and improvements using GoHighLevel.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with California labor laws and workers' compensation policies.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and related payroll software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
