In Short

  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound channels.
  • Qualify and nurture leads, conducting discovery conversations.
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Leverage data-driven prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine tactics.
  • Continuously learn and adapt through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • A metrics-focused mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
