Egnyte is looking for a stellar Senior Director, Field Marketing that has extensive experience marketing to and driving demand within vertical industries. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective field marketing strategies.

In Short

• Lead the Field Marketing department, team and budget.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders.
• Develop quarterly plans to modify based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
• Earn the role of trusted advisor on all things pipeline and revenue to Sales leadership.
• Optimize campaigns to increase conversion and ROI.
• Track and report on campaign performance across all channels.
• Identify gaps, trends, and methodologies impacting the vertical.
• Work with Product Marketing on content and messaging strategy.
• Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B field marketing experience.
• Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of event tactics and execution.
• Experience leading campaign, events and field marketing for B2B SaaS company.
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau.
• Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
