Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive revenue. This role directly enhances sales effectiveness, accelerates deal cycles, and improves overall performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling sales success.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to develop and package high-value sales tools.
  • Ensure Sales and Business Development teams have timely access to the right content.
  • Execute targeted enablement programs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to assess knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Develop and implement training, coaching, and enablement programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and coaching programs for sales reps.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Experience in content strategy, creation, and execution.
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful sales enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of key sales tools such as playbooks and training decks.
  • A passion for developing and supporting high-performing sales teams.
