Overview

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Egnyte, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our multi-cloud environments, collaborating with various teams to enhance security measures and protect valuable data.

In Short

• Perform security assessments and participate in architecture design reviews.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives to improve security posture.
• Design and implement scalable guardrails using a Policy-as-Code approach.
• Manage security tools for multi-cloud environments.
• Assist in incident response activities.
• 3+ years of experience in a cloud environment (GCP/Azure).
• Experience with containerized workloads (Kubernetes).
• Ability to provide actionable remediation steps from security advisories.
• Develop and deploy automation tools (preferably in Python or Go).
• Good command of English for effective communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (GCP and/or Azure).
• Experience with containerized workloads (Kubernetes).
• Ability to digest security advisories and provide actionable remediation steps.
• Ability to develop and deploy your own tools and automation (preferably in Python or Go).
• Strong background with CI/CD pipelines and security-related tooling.
• Good command of English that allows you to effectively communicate and perform your tasks (B2/C1+).
