Order Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Analyst will support customers by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and system optimization, ensuring compliance with product structure and managing sales orders.

In Short

• Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance.
• Process and manage sales orders and contracts.
• Adapt to changing processes and technical changes.
• Manage inquiry queue for internal and external partners.
• Participate in month-end close and support audits.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in process documentation and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, Look-Up formulas).
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
