Customer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Egnyte is looking for a stellar customer marketing manager, that has previous experience marketing to and driving demand within a customer-base. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective customer marketing strategies.

In Short

• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize customer insights to design and implement programs that drive additional revenue.
• Analyze and segment customers with product usage insights.
• Work cross functionally to help build Egnyte's product-led motion.
• Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales.
• Earn the role of trusted advisor on customer pipeline and revenue.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance.
• Identify gaps, trends, and methodologies impacting the vertical.
• Work with Product Marketing to understand content and messaging strategy.
• Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to create and present to executives.
• Building strong working relationships and collaboration.
• Business acumen with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
