We are seeking a creative and analytically strong individual who understands the target audience of parents and can navigate relevant platforms confidently. As the Lead Paid Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable growth of Vitasauri across all performance channels.

In Short

• You will design and implement a scalable performance marketing strategy for long-term and profitable growth.
• You will manage and optimize all relevant performance channels from demand generation to qualified leads, focusing on SEA and Paid Social.
• You will implement a structured test-and-learn approach to continuously improve conversion rates and efficiency.
• You will ensure clean tracking, valid attribution, and transparent performance evaluations.
• You will plan budgets and forecasts, allocating spending based on CPA and ROAS.
• You will identify new growth opportunities and systematically test additional channels and scaling approaches.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all growth initiatives are aligned along the customer journey.
• You will develop structures, processes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Experience managing larger marketing budgets with proven success in improving CPA and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatic implementation capabilities.
• Excellent technical understanding of marketing platforms, tracking, and CRM/Automation.
• Good understanding of family needs and the ability to integrate this perspective into your work.
• Independent working style and empathy for driving a growing project with a clear mission.
• Confident demeanor and clear, persuasive communication skills.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
