In Short

• You will manage our entire value chain – from sourcing to logistics and delivery.
• Ensure optimal product availability while efficiently utilizing capital.
• Develop and optimize our supplier network regarding costs, quality, and performance.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure economically viable conditions.
• Coordinate external logistics and fulfillment service providers.
• Responsible for forecasting and inventory management, minimizing shortages.
• Analyze key metrics (e.g., availability, costs, delivery times) and derive actions.
• Identify optimization potentials and implement scalable processes and automations.
• Manage international goods movements (including platforms like Amazon).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations.
• Solid experience in D2C e-commerce is crucial for this role.
• Proven successes in supplier negotiations and building sustainable partnerships.
• Deep understanding of operational and strategic logistics and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with common tools (e.g., shop systems, PM tools, Excel).
• Analytical, structured, and self-responsible working style.
• Ability to grasp complex processes and improve them efficiently.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
