In Short

• You will be significantly involved in operationally bringing our new longevity brand to life.
• You connect E-Commerce and Marketing into a functioning system to ensure concepts lead to concrete results.
• You create structures in a dynamic environment, coordinating all relevant activities.
• You ensure initiatives are implemented efficiently from the first idea to performance evaluation.
• You manage all E-Commerce and marketing activities of the brand.
• You coordinate external partners and ensure clean execution.
• You translate strategic ideas into concrete actions.
• You plan, control, and evaluate campaigns and product launches.
• You ensure optimal alignment between marketing and E-Commerce activities.
• You are responsible for budgets, priorities, and schedules in operational marketing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in D2C E-Commerce and a good understanding of growth levers in online commerce.
• Interest in longevity, health, and prevention topics – ideally with personal relevance.
• Experience in collaborating with agencies and external service providers.
• Solid know-how in performance marketing, funnel logics, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to think holistically about marketing (online & offline).
• Ideally experience on both the corporate and agency side.
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
• Implementation strength and the ability to pragmatically develop ideas.
• Confident appearance and clear communication.
• Very good German skills (at least C1).
