E-commerce Project Manager - Remote

Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the United States, Australia and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again. Currently, we are looking for an E-commerce Project Manager to join our vibrant international team of experts.

In Short

• Lead the development and optimization of new landing pages and funnels for our e-commerce platform.
• Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to maximize conversion rates.
• Email Marketing team project management, helping them stay on track with timelines, supporting asset delivery, and ensuring campaigns are fully completed and aligned with other initiatives.
• Manage internal and external staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Maintain the website by overseeing regular updates and ensuring ongoing functionality, accuracy, and performance.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking in project management tools, preferably Asana.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new pages or campaigns to ensure everything is working correctly, is visually consistent, and aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing e-commerce projects, with a focus on landing pages and funnels.
• Preferred knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms - preferably Shopify.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across copy, visuals, and functionality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
