Overview

Workiva is seeking a Lead Growth Marketing Manager to create and manage the design and expansion of emerging use cases and solutions globally, from concept to launch. This highly cross-functional role partners with leaders across the business to identify or strengthen market position, increase awareness, and generate demand for our industry-leading offerings.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably SaaS.
  • Proficiency in defining and launching scalable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncover new market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to innovate and optimize strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and program management skills.
