In Short

  • You will accompany our customers from onboarding to long-term usage and ensure they love our software.
  • You understand the individual goals of our customers and help them achieve these with our solution.
  • You analyze usage data and proactively identify optimization potentials.
  • You build outstanding product knowledge and ensure our customers are successfully represented on all sales platforms.
  • You work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development departments to share best practices and support prioritizing new features.
  • You build genuine relationships with the aim of having satisfied customers who are happy to renew and recommend us.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience (at least 2 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a similar role – ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • You have a technical background (ideally a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science).
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills – in German and English.
  • Outstanding technical understanding and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good understanding of data structures.
  • XML and JSON are not foreign to you.
  • Empathy, initiative, and a good sense of customer needs.
  • Structured working style, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
  • Experience with Kursnet and mein NOW is an advantage.
