Web Integration Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Web Integration Analyst will play a key role in the Product Analytics team, focusing on integrating web analytics systems to understand user behavior and collect customer data.

In Short

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams on feature implementation.
• Integrate customer dimensions into web analytics tools.
• Maintain and improve the Pendo tagging schema.
• Act as a technical reference for web analytics.
• Orchestrate data flow between key systems.
• Support data ingestion into Databricks.
• Be yourself and contribute uniquely to the team.

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web analytics platforms, preferably Pendo.
• Understanding of APIs for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CDPs and Tag Management Systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
• Some SQL and/or Python skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
