Overview

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in India, supporting customers throughout the Asia and ANZ Regions, with a focus on sustainability in procurement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer support experience with large accounts.
• Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience with clients in the Indian market.
• Strong Excel and data analytical skills.
• High level of organizational skills and autonomy.
• Ability to summarize data into insights.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite, SalesForce).
• Interest in an international and multicultural environment.
