The Onboarding Specialist will guide customers through the critical stages of their onboarding journey, ensuring they have a smooth experience with the company's software solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for guiding customers through onboarding.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
  • Ensure customers gain confidence in using their system.
  • Project manage onboarding timelines and expectations.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding workflows and documentation.
  • Handle internal and customer escalations professionally.
  • Create resources and maintain documentation for onboarding processes.
  • Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements.
  • Surface and mitigate risks during the onboarding process.
  • Contribute to team knowledge and customer feedback sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in a SaaS onboarding role preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms in operational contexts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility for meetings across time zones.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership for customer outcomes.
