• Develop and own growth initiatives such as referral programs, affiliate marketing, and viral campaigns.
• Develop product-led growth strategies to improve product adoption.
• Manage all growth programs and campaigns across multiple channels and product lines.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to all experimentation.
• Align campaign goals with company’s overall growth targets.
• Collaborate with other teams for smooth execution.
• Report success and failures of initiatives using a data-driven approach.
• Monitor and optimize programs for better performance.
• Ideate and create strategies for growth programs.
• Oversee planning, development, and rollout of growth programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in running campaigns across different channels.
• Proven success in building and scaling referral and affiliate marketing programs.
• Good understanding of marketing/growth functions and channels.
• Experience in the web3/blockchain space is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A/B testing experience and running data-driven growth experiments.
• Comfort with analyzing key performance indicators.
