Solution Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Solution Development Manager (SDM) acts as the key liaison between Sales and Services Delivery, driving service opportunities from concept through successful project completion. This role is responsible for scoping solutions, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensuring alignment of business needs with technical deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 2+ years in services sales or 5+ years in IT or related fields.
• Prior experience with PTC products (Windchill, Creo).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience in contract negotiation and risk management.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Background in pre-sales or consulting preferred.
