In Short

• Lead the development of tailored HVAC and Refrigeration Energy Efficiency Solutions.
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and track progress of all tasks associated with customer installs.
• Manage and own consistent communication of project status with customers.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on project progress.
• Support the Solutions Development Project Administrators and engineers.
• Be the point of escalation for all areas of operations during implementation.
• Schedule and manage all Connectivity and EE Solution installs per scope.
• Review all projects post completion surveys to determine improvements.
• About 20% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Technical experience in HVAC, Controls, Refrigeration is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
