Overview

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success by efficiently resolving technical issues through various communication channels while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with critical ticket handling and complex scenarios.
  • Experience troubleshooting Java applications and JVM issues.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and tools.
  • Experience with REST API support.
