Overview

The Group Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall operations of nursing services and patient care at multiple chronic hemodialysis facilities, focusing on financial management, quality assurance, and team management.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience required.
  • Prior healthcare management experience preferred.
  • RN license preferred for some locations.
  • Minimum of 6 months of ESRD/dialysis experience required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office required.
  • Functional proficiency in DaVita facility systems required.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients.
