Overview

The Facilities Administrator will assist in the delivery of soft and hard services to maintain operations at the site, ensuring compliance with service agreements and managing vendor relationships.

In Short

  • Coordinate FM administrative functions and manage spare parts for facilities management.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage vendor safety and security induction.
  • Support mailroom operations including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Maintain records of parts and order O&M related supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing photocopier and mailroom consumables.
  • Contribute to annual shutdowns and event setups.
  • Support minor project coordination and staff moves.
  • Maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets.

Requirements

  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks daily.
  • Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in facilities management is a plus.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and assist colleagues.
