Performance Marketing Director, Paid Search - Remote

Overview

The Performance Marketing Director will take full ownership of the Paid Search program, managing significant budgets and optimizing campaigns to drive performance improvements for Dutch Pet's veterinary telemedicine service.

• Own and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing.
• Develop and execute strategy for keyword targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience required.
• Proven success managing large monthly budgets.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search (SEM) experience.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Deep knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amplitude and AttributionApp is a bonus.
• Knowledge of other paid channels like Meta and TikTok is advantageous.
