Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst at Dutch, you will be the analytical backbone for our Product, Operations, and Finance teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights to optimize business performance, streamline operations, and enhance product experiences.

In Short

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for performance visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product to evaluate feature adoption and engagement.
• Support Finance and Operations with cost and margin analyses.
• Ensure data integrity across key systems.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage competing priorities and ad hoc analytical requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in BI/visualization tools.
• Experience building dashboards that influence decisions.
• Comfortable with large datasets and translating insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
