Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing lifecycle programs across various channels, ensuring a seamless experience for pet parents connecting with licensed vets.

• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
• Own day-to-day execution of key lifecycle moments.
• Create and maintain journeys, triggers, and recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, product, and CX teams.
• QA campaigns thoroughly for quality assurance.
• Monitor performance and report on results using core metrics.
• Support experimentation through A/B testing.
• Document and improve lifecycle best practices.
• Work closely with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
• Focus on retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of triggered messaging and segmentation.
• Ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts.
• Empathetic writing style with clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• A bias toward action and improvement.
