Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst at Avalon Consulting Group, you'll support our Analytics team by transforming complex datasets into insights that drive client strategy.

In Short

• Create major findings analyses, dashboard reports, ROI analyses, and other deliverables.
• Produce data visualizations that communicate trends and outcomes clearly.
• Clean, standardize, and import data from diverse client sources.
• Develop and run SQL queries, optimize data workflows, and produce automated reports.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple client projects.
• Advise internal teams and clients on appropriate analytical methodologies.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a data analyst working with large databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau Desktop is required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or equivalent tools.
• Programming in Python or R is highly desired.
