In Short

  • Join a new team within the marketing department focused on driving qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Be the first point of contact introducing Dusty FieldPrinters to new jobsites.
  • Balance both inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
  • Help shape the team’s operational playbook and best practices.
  • Proactively source and initiate exploratory conversations about the product.
  • Book discovery meetings that convert into qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for generating qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain strong outreach activity across multiple channels.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on workflows and sales tools.
  • Help define and improve the outbound sales motion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in inbound and cold outbound sales.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding quota in a SaaS environment.
  • Track record of performance through creative, strategic outreach.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-aware, coachable, and able to apply feedback in real time.
  • Intellectually curious and excited to bring your own unique flavor to the role.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 35% of the time.
