In Short

  • Own and manage an end-to-end sales cycle in the assigned territory.
  • Craft strategies and advance through decision-maker hierarchies to close deals.
  • Challenge assumptions and offer new perspectives to drive success.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop strategies for closing deals.
  • Travel estimated to be 25% to client sites.
  • Identify and engage construction professionals to promote technology solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and conduct product demos.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Actively participate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive growth in sales or 3+ years with a background in construction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Action-oriented with a passion for learning.
  • Experience selling a product with a physical component.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
