In Short

• Lead the execution of DuneCon 2025.
• Own project and event management with a focus on meticulous planning.
• Manage contracts and coordination with external partners.
• Align internal functions for timely delivery.
• Support sourcing and coordination of top Web3 speakers.
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution on the event day.
• 5+ years of experience in event management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• High-energy, self-starter with disciplined execution skills.

Requirements

• Experience in event management, including international and LATAM experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Experience with crypto-native events is a plus.
• Familiarity with community building platforms like Discord and Twitter is a plus.
