Overview

As a Support Associate in the Enterprise Automation team at DTCC, you will be responsible for support and administration across technology stacks, ensuring the integrity of applications and infrastructure.

In Short

• Support EA team's infrastructure with operations monitoring and system support.
• Collaborate with global operations teams for event monitoring and incident resolution.
• Ensure stability across all environments.
• Manage solutions using MS Power tools, Appian, SQL, Talend, and BluePrism.
• Contribute to projects by implementing task deliverables.
• Improve workflow processes and maintain documentation.
• Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities.
• Provide technical support to peers and management.
• Develop metrics based on management platforms.
• Keep standards and procedures documents up to date.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ITIL practices is necessary.
• Experience supporting high availability web-based platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power tools and service management platforms.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
