Overview

Dscout is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team, focusing on establishing accounting procedures to support the company’s growth.

In Short

• Prepare and reconcile research respondent payments daily.
• Analyze and resolve inquiries regarding payments.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Assist with annual audit requests.
• Provide support for financial analyses and reporting.
• Help build efficient systems and document processes.
• Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams.
• Become cross-trained in finance team’s work.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in public accounting or 2 years in industry as an Accountant.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and accounting basics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset focused on responsiveness.
• High integrity and upstanding character.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
