Senior Manager, Talent Management - Remote

Overview

The Talent Management team at Dropbox is responsible for performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career management. We’re looking for an innovative leader to bring a fresh perspective to how we approach talent processes at Dropbox. This role will help reimagine and improve our talent management practices with a focus on innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence, within the context of organization and AI transformation.

In Short

• Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs.
• Leverage external and internal research, creativity, and recent AI and technology developments.
• Lead talent management projects and initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Develop proposals for high-level concepts and detailed program design.
• Work with the People Analytics team to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.
• Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding and performance management.
• Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders using thoughtful change management approaches.
• Interface with the People Technology team to improve process effectiveness through tech innovation.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to the talent management strategy and help shape the roadmap for the coming years.

Requirements

• University degree (BA/BS).
• 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to flex between strategic planning and program execution excellence.
• Deep project management and execution experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with talent management tools and Workday.
• Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills.
