Engineering Manager - Trust Library Team - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Trust Library team within our Trust Pillar.

In Short

• Manage and mentor a highly skilled, talented team of Software Engineers.
• Understand and practice agile software development and management.
• Provide guidance and implement standards for planning and prioritizing resource conflicts.
• Lead technical discussions and drive effective technical decisions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business requests and troubleshooting.
• Operate and develop in various levels of the SDLC.
• Estimate changes and development proposals.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and resources associated with the team (~7 people).
• Plan, develop, test, support, and fix bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year software engineering management experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience designing, developing, and delivering software products.
• Knowledge of SaaS operations and modern technical SaaS tools.
• Strong communication skills for problem description and discussion.
• Experience with cloud-based application design and deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, OOP, TypeORM, MySQL, Git, and AWS (Terraform is a plus).
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
