The Engineering Manager for the Trading team at Paxos will lead and shape the scaling and stability of trading and commodities solutions, guiding the team through technology choices and operational excellence.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
