Overview

As a Senior Technical/Scientific Support Engineer at Dotmatics, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced support and guidance on M-Star CFD products, collaborating with scientists and engineers across the EMEA region.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and training for M-Star CFD software.
  • Conduct scientific root cause analysis and advanced modelling demonstrations.
  • Manage complex customer cases and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Create and present software demonstrations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop knowledge articles and training documentation.
  • Engage with product development teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Identify support trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain systems of record like Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Travel across Europe as needed.

Requirements

  • Master or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
  • Strong customer service mentality and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C++.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Familiarity with research informatics software/tools.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
  • Experience with digital twin technology is a plus.
