Overview

The Senior Manager, In-Store Strategy & Operations will lead the customer Strategy & Operations pod for DoorDash's Going Out product, focusing on driving in-store orders and managing a team.

• Lead the Strategy & Operations for the Going Out product.
• Own critical pieces of strategy including customer experience and product interactions.
• Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, and sales.
• Set strategies for customer experience and growth.

• Implement new marketing and communication plans.
• Scope tests and experiments for product optimization.
• Drive more in-store orders from DoorDash customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of owning revenue or growth goals.
• Experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven problem solver with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and workstreams.
