Overview

The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team is rapidly growing, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s advertising offering. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for advertisers to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

In Short

  • Successfully recruit, lead and develop a sales team of individual contributors across working with some of the largest franchisees/franchise groups within the restaurant vertical.
  • Deliver on ambitious goals in a high speed environment, building off of the initial infrastructure from existing sales teams.
  • Operate both internally and externally as a key member of the Ad Sales Leadership team, establishing trusted cross-functional relationships with cross-functional DoorDash teams with whom you share goals as well as in-market with senior client decision makers.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals.
  • You are a consultative seller with significant experience in digital media or adjacent performance oriented industries.
  • You have established and scaled sales teams through hyper growth phases, and are a builder at heart.
  • You have a firm understanding of the digital/performance advertising landscape ideally including retail media networks or similar.
