Overview

The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team is rapidly growing, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s advertising offering.

In Short

  • Successfully recruit, lead and develop a sales team of individual contributors across working with some of the most well-known brands within the restaurant vertical.
  • Deliver on ambitious goals in a high speed environment, building off of the initial infrastructure from existing sales teams.
  • Lead the team on key client pitches across strategy/planning through to execution.
  • Operate as a player/coach and develop senior stakeholder relationships with key client decision makers through both trust and challenger selling to unlock mutual value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in ad sales, digital media or adjacent industries.
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals.
  • You are a consultative seller with significant experience in digital media or adjacent performance oriented industries.
  • You have established and scaled sales teams through hyper growth phases, and are a builder at heart.
