Lead, Finance Systems - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll lead a small team of finance BSAs that build and maintain the back-end and automations for Finance systems plus support Finance systems on a daily basis.

• Lead a team of finance BSAs to manage Finance systems.
• Build and maintain back-end and automations for Finance systems.
• Partner with Finance leaders to create a technology roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning.
• Build relationships with IT stakeholders.
• Improve IT customer satisfaction.
• Establish clear expectations for your team.
• Utilize automation for process optimization.
• Ensure best design practices for Finance systems.
• Work closely with Internal Audit and other teams for SOX Audits.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Finance systems.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience with Finance systems and integrations.
• Knowledge of ERP finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in finance workflows.
• Ability to manage a remote workforce.
• Strong understanding of Procurement, AP, AR processes.
• Experience in Build vs Buy perspectives.
• Capable of moving from code review to executive presentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
