Overview

As the Flight Operations Lead, you will oversee all aspects of drone flight operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and internal safety standards while leading a team of flight operators.

• Oversee drone flight operations and ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations.
• Lead a team of drone operators and manage flight operations.

Requirements

• FAA Part 135 operational experience and leadership in aviation.
• Part 107 certification and extensive UAS flight experience.
• Ability to develop and enforce SOPs for aviation operations.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and airspace management.
• Experience leading teams and managing pilots.
• Background in risk assessment and emergency response planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
