In Short

• Join a direct sales team to drive adoption of wireless networking solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and integrate solutions.
• Remote position based in the UK or Europe with travel required (30%).
• Work closely with sales and solutions engineers to close sales opportunities.
• Lead technical sales processes with high-priority customers.
• Manage customer technical support inquiries.
• Establish relationships with engineers and decision-makers.
• Track technical evaluations in HubSpot CRM.
• Generate new business opportunities in the UK and EU markets.
• Provide updates on sales activities and strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Proven success in B2B sales with OEMs or system integrators.
• Strong technical knowledge in wireless communications and RF systems.
• Understanding of the drone industry and communication systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
• Experience with VARs and System Integrators is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
