SafelyYou is a mission-driven company that raised $60m in 2021 through series A and series B financing and is now rapidly scaling. Our company spun out of the UC Berkeley AI Research Lab and develops artificial intelligence to support care for those with Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments.

In Short

• Support sales demos and network assessments.
• Develop network remediation processes with vendors.
• Support installation and configuration of on-premises equipment.
• Act as primary lead for network-related cases.
• Develop playbooks for troubleshooting.
• Participate in creating SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
• Provide professional interaction with customers.
• Hands-on experience with WiFi site surveys.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux system management.
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer support processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience deploying hardware within customer networks.
• 6+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• Proficient knowledge of configuring servers, switches, and routers.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong customer communication and service skills.
• Nice to haves: CCNP certification, automation skills.
