In Short

• We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and self-driven Lead Engineer to lead the development of the enclaive multi-cloud platform.
• Work closely with the CTO/CPO on new product features.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of vHSM product development including continuous deployment, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Leading and mentoring a team.
• Advocate for the product at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and community events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, ideally in the development of cloud-native applications or key management solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver and support software used by hundreds or thousands of users.
• Familiarity with the cloud native community.
• Strong work ethics, demonstrated through your commitment, integrity, and ability to deliver.
• Experience in leading software development teams.
• A passion for life-long learning, particularly in the cutting-edge field of confidential computing and AI.
