• We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Golang) to be an important member of our product team.
• You will write code and oversee software projects.
• Focus on delivering the best customer experience to a global market.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve our products.
• Work with product and design to define and plan deliverables.
• Influence change and deliver sustainable technical decisions.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Write, test, and review code.
• Rapidly scale the engineering org in a high growth environment.
• Be based in a LatAm country while working remotely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Golang.
• 2+ years in a similar role at a high-growth startup.
• 3+ years with Frontend technologies like Vue, React, or Angular.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to various team members.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Docker, and GitLab CI is a plus.
• Experience with financial products is a big plus.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work in the unknown.
• Hard-working team player.
