Sales Director - Wholesale Division - Remote

Overview

Dominion Financial Wholesale (DFW) is a fast-growing wholesale mortgage originator specializing in non-QM products for both single-family and multi-family real estate. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and expand our wholesale mortgage sales division.

In Short

• Oversee and provide strategic direction for the wholesale mortgage account executive team.
• Mentor, train, and support AEs to ensure they achieve and exceed their sales goals.
• Manage sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and secondary market guidelines.
• Drive deal structuring strategies, working closely with underwriting and operations to facilitate seamless loan closings.
• Provide guidance to AEs on loan structuring, pricing, and ensuring alignment with product guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other managers throughout the company to ensure a cohesive team and a collaborative approach.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish sales targets and optimize processes.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mortgage loan origination systems and improve processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokerages and attend industry events.
• Represent Dominion at industry conferences and networking events to expand our wholesale and non-QM mortgage presence.

Requirements

• Leadership experience of 5+ years in wholesale mortgage sales at a national level.
• 5 or more years of experience in non-QM lending, mortgage pricing, and sales strategy.
• Proven ability to scale and lead a national sales team.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
