Mortgage Account Executive - Wholesale Division - Remote

Overview

As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients.

In Short

• Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market.
• Maintain a minimum monthly production of $1,500,000.
• Build and transition new and existing wholesale relationships.
• Work directly with broker clients to structure deals and drive successful loan closings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales.
• Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Encompass and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills.
