We’re hiring a Staff AI Engineer to develop production-grade generative AI systems that transform how insurance and real estate decisions are made.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI or ML systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals and best practices.
• Experience in cloud-based production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, Docker.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests.
